2. Products & Pricing
We sell silver and artificial jewelry curated from Jaipur. All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
Placing an an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment details. All transactions comply with RBI and PCI-DSS standards.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through reliable courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned during checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 (seven) days of delivery and only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Certain items (such as earrings or used products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If a return is approved, the refund will be provided either in the form of Cash or Reward Points, processed within 7 (seven) days after delivery and successful product inspection.
Reward Points may be redeemed on future purchases as per store policy.
