1. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, Sevara ships across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery time usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
2. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Customised or pre-order items may take longer, as mentioned on the product page.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
4. What are your shipping charges?
- A flat ₹60 shipping fee applies for all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional ₹40–₹60 fee.
5. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
⚠️ Offer items are not eligible for returns (unless defective).
6. How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Prepaid and COD orders are refunded via store credit.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. A small handling fee may apply.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

- Store jewellery in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
- Keep it in zip-lock pouches or boxes to avoid scratches.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, water, or harsh chemicals.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after every use.
