- We currently ship across India.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
3. Delivery Time & Partners
- Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days for most locations.
- Remote areas may take additional time.
- We partner with trusted courier service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
- A standard shipping fee of ₹XX applies to orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may have an extra fee of ₹XX depending on courier.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please provide complete and accurate address details to avoid delays.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- In case of courier delays, Sevara is not liable but will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- All parcels are packed with care.
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
