We currently ship across India.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

3. Delivery Time & Partners

Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days for most locations.
Remote areas may take additional time.
We partner with trusted courier service to ensure safe delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of ₹XX applies to orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may have an extra fee of ₹XX depending on courier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please provide complete and accurate address details to avoid delays.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
In case of courier delays, Sevara is not liable but will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

All parcels are packed with care.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
