Return & Refund Policy

‘At Sevara, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple return and exchange policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return:
    • Discounted or clearance items.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at 📧 care@sevara.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once approved, we will share return instructions.
  • Ship the item back securely.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • If paid via UPI / Bank Transfer / Wallet, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be asked to share your bank or UPI details for refund processing.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours with unboxing images/videos for quick resolution.
